Deducted one star for the food (tough sourdough bread) and atmosphere (No aircon) Ordered Avocado and egg toast sourdough, smoked chicken scrambled egg on sourdough. Things that are good: 1. Hospitality (as the sourdough was baked not toasted inside was soft and chewy according to my preference, requested for toasting the break. They provided me a new plate) 2. Coffee ( Ordered Americano but surprisingly the coffee turned out good with good acidity and less bitterness) 3. Good quality chicken and scrambled egg. Things to improve: 1. Sourdough bread was tough can't be cut using knife and fork 2. Sourdough was chewy my jaw started to pain, had to tussle to break the slice with my jaw and teeth 3. Cutlery is not sharp 4. Air conditioning was down - Keep door open and place standing fan 5. Provided 3-4 leafs of arugula. Atleast handful of arugula leaf on the side ”

“ This was long due on my list since I first heard about them from one of my friend, and trying their "mixed easy brewing bags" from their online store, it was on my to visit café, long over due finally got chance to visit this small, compact and cozy yet absolutely exciting and amazing Coffee Rosters and cafe. If you are fan of coffee, learn or excited to know about coffees, brewing it and learning how to make a perfect way this could be a small task you could add to your experience. Located in slightly "inside" building but can be found on Google Maps with proper instructions, Pro tip- it is located in compounds of Apollo Hospital. Great Coffee, amazing food, must try their Croissants, exceptionally well made. They also let you take the tour for "Bean to cup" experience. Where you see the roasting machines, their beans from different estates across India, packaging unit, I was very excited to see the whole process while drinking the freshly made Cortado(A cortado is a consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized") served in small kind of Tapti Cup Style cup. I got know more details about coffee and the whole process. I ended my tour and experience with friendly service and yummiest Salted Chocolate Cookies! I highly recommend it if you really not a fan of SB and don't want to spend so much money on a cup of coffee but you still love to explore coffees! “ A hidden gem, plenty of options to choose from. The Google location is slightly confusing, it’s basically opposite to the apollo hospital so it’s best to put the hospital’s location rather than going by the Google pinned location. The food was top notch, it took a bit of time to get it ready but it was worth the wait. The coffee was fabulous as ever. Great for brunch or solo dates and the fact that it’s slightly away from the road helps you relax. ”
